Sigmatech welcomes Tim McDonald as Vice President of Aviation Programs. Tim will be responsible for expanding the company’s current operations and developing opportunities for growth in aviation programs of our Army Enterprises Division. Tim has over 15 years of experience in federal aviation programs. His tenure in the Army’s Aviation Program Executive Office included serving as the Project Lead for the Multi-National Special Project Office (MASPO) of PEO Aviation providing leadership and risk mitigation to projects supporting world-wide aviation operations in 29 different countries. Tim also served as the PEO’s Director of International Aviation Operations in the Assistant Program Executive Office International Office being the principal advisor regarding Foreign Military Sales with focus on operations in Afghanistan, providing risk mitigation strategies and enabling continuous flight operations across the Afghanistan Area of Responsibility. “Tim is a great addition to the Sigmatech team, and we are excited to have him on board,” stated Sigmatech President/CEO, Jeff Flewelling. “His professional experience and skills in strategic development will be critical assets as we continue to grow in key aviation areas.” Tim has an MS in Procurement & Contract Management and 28 years of military service.
