Sigmatech implemented a Quality Management System as a means of achieving the following quality goals:

  • Total customer satisfaction. Investigate and develop initial solutions within one business day. Resolve issues within 5 business days or as soon as practical.
  • Customer CPARS on average Satisfactory or higher.
  • Quantity of nonconforming services and products maximum 1%
