Sigmatech implemented a Quality Management System as a means of achieving the following quality goals:
- Customer CPARS on average Satisfactory or higher.
- Total customer satisfaction. Investigate and develop initial solutions within one business day. Resolve issues in compliance with contractual requirements and as soon as practical.
