Sigmatech welcomes back Don Carver as our CEO. Mr. Carver previously served as Sigmatech’s CEO/President from 2018 through 2023 before stepping down and serving as Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis’s (Cepeda) President, where he led Cepeda’s engineering and technology services focusing on Department of War (DoW), Space (NASA MSFC), and Process Improvement.
Don brings decades of Government and Industry experience across multiple organizations to include Missile and Space Intelligence Center, USA Space and Missile Defense Command, PEO STRI, USA SMDC, MDA, AvMC, AMC, PEO AVN and PEO M&S.
Mr. Carver graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering. He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corp, and is Acquisition Level III certified.
