Sigmatech is pleased to announce the appointment of Arturo “Art” Medellin as Vice President of Aviation and Engineering. In this role, Art will lead the expansion of our current operations and drive strategic growth initiatives within the aviation programs of our Army Enterprises Division.

A San Antonio native, Art earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1996. He brings nearly three decades of engineering and project management experience, having led large-scale Army Aviation programs and high-performing teams across the defense acquisition enterprise. Most recently, he served as Deputy Project Manager for the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Office within PEO Aviation.
