TRANSITION SCHEDULE:

Q: When is the Transition period?
A: The Transition period is from xxxxxx to xxxxxxxxxx.
Q: If I have a Transition related question or a special circumstance, who do I call?
A: If you have any questions, please call our Transition Hotline at 256-783-1686. It is available 7am to 7pm Monday-Saturday. You may also email us at: hrhotline@sigmatech.com
Q: May I ask for a meeting with a member of the Transition Team?
A: We would be more than happy to meet with you; please call the Hotline number above or contact Austin King or Amelia Mathison directly to request a meeting. Their contact information is above.
Q: Do I need to submit an updated pay stub?
A: Yes, you will need to submit your most recent two pay stubs. They can be uploaded to the application site when you submit your application or you can bring them to our Transition Office.
Q: If I am working on the current contract, am I guaranteed a job on the Contract?
A: We cannot guarantee anyone a position. We will respond to the Work Scope given to us by the customer with the appropriate level of staffing to successfully execute the contract. However, it is our present understanding that the staffing requirements for the new Work Scope effective for the Contract will be similar to the current staffing requirements.
Q: I have a vacation already scheduled shortly after the transition; what should I do?
A: Please let us know of your specific situation and we will work with you to make sure already scheduled and approved time off is honored as long as it does not conflict with any work requirements.

Q: Will my Child Support or other Court ordered deduction automatically continue?
A: No. Your current employer is required to notify the court of the date you terminated. However, this may take up to a month. You should notify the court yourself of your change of employment and give them the address and contact of your new employer.
Q: How long will it be before my court ordered deduction is in force?
A: Your deduction will begin as soon as the order is received from the court.
Q: When will my benefits be active as an employee?
A: When you make your selections and properly confirm those selections, your benefits will be active on the first day of the month following your start date.
