QUALITY OBJECTIVES

    The management at Sigmatech has implemented a quality system as a means of achieving the following Quality goals. Sigmatech Management has formally endorsed and established Quality objectives for this year and beyond:
  • To include total customer satisfaction. to investigate and develop initial corrective actions within one business day,
  • To resolve issues within 5 business days or as soon as practical,
